SUMMARY:H2H Web Map Training Workshop (For H2H Signed-Partners Only)
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an interactive and fun evening workshop led by Brian Hall\, a GIS Research Assistant at Harvard Forest\, Harvard University. H2H Partners will learn to be comfortable using the web map as a conservation and learning tool.  To do this\, we will learn about the tool itself\, discuss some of the datasets that are available in it\, review how we generated our focus areas\, and most importantly\, we will play with the web map with a few fun\, hands-on exercises.  In the exercises\, we will look at recent or active conservation projects\, export a map to share with colleagues\, and examine how we can increase our impact by working together to conserve Areas of Highest Conservation Value and increase the connectivity of protected open space across the H2H region. RSVP by emailing Bill Labich at blabich@highstead.net. \n
